Mission:

Coordination of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) initiatives with existing business partners, implementations with new partners, as well as ongoing maintenance and support.

With detailed knowledge of EDI standards you will be the EDI subject matter expert, implementing and guiding team members on EDI initiatives.

Main Activities

1. Manage EDI projects; integrate with new external partner systems, building and adapting standard EDI messages to specific customer requirements.
2. Work as SME (subject matter expertise), investigate and learn new EDI and IT developments, trends and tools.
3. Support
4. Monitor daily operational Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, troubleshoot and verify all EDI Transactions sent and received using various transmission protocols
5. Provide support to internal and external business functions.
6. Resolve issues locally, when needed escalate to specialists at Group, working together to find resolutions.
7. Ensure detailed documentation is written and updated.

Experience Required:

1. Proficient in master one of popular EDI platform, at least 2 years’ experience in the area of EDI development / implementation, hands-on experience for Bizlink/GXS, DataPower, and Dell Boomi is plus
2. Familiar with EDI standards, like EDIFACT/EDIWHEEL, ANSI X.12
3. Familiar with EDI transmission protocols like AS2, SFTP, an HTTPS-based protocol, SOAP, as well as with use of APIs
4. Experience in O2C processes (Oracle EBS, JDE)
5. Experience in Agile/Scrum
6. Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem solving skills

8. Bachelor’s or above degree in computer science, information technology or related field
9. 5 year+ IT experience with 2+ years project management experience, PMP is plus
10. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate cross-functional
11. Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
