主要工作职责：

·         审核费用报告,以确保符合TI差旅政策和当地法规；

·         定期监督审核并解决异常问题，确保员工报销符合公司政策；

·         准备异常情况报告并向管理层汇报，并得到相应的审批；

·         审核员工报销付款，以确保银行和SAP数据一致；

·         定期发送电子邮件提醒员工及时提交公司信用卡账单费用报销；

·         对不规范的差旅费用和异常情况报告进行审核和分析；

·         对新员工进行Concur系统及差旅政策和报销流程的培训，维护员工数据；

·         为费用报告审计提供支持和帮助；

• 较强的团队协作和领导能力；
• 注重细节，有上进心；
• 能熟练应用办公室软件（尤其是Excel）；
• 流利的英语，母语为普通话。
