Main Responsibilities:

1.During project phase, support maintenance supervisor complete the D1R plan.

在项目阶段，协助维修主管完成装置开车准备的计划任务.

2.During project construction phase, support project team in equipment installation and commissioning. Such as quality inspection, FAT, SAT, Loop Test, Function Test and Running Test.

在项目施工阶段，协助项目团队完成设备安装，试车的工作。如施工质量的检查监督、电仪设备的制造厂验收。现场验收、回路测试、功能测试以及单机试运行。

3.During plant normal operation, complete E&I PPM assigned by SAP work order. Ensure that all the E&I equipment are properly maintained and ensure the integrity of E&I facilities. Perform all related works in a safe and cost effective manner without un-compliance issue.

在工厂正常运行阶段，依照SAP系统安排，完成设备电仪设备日常维护维修工作，保证电仪设备的完整性。安全、高效且合规地执行相关维护工作。

4.During plant shutdown period, complete plant TAR maintenance job as plan.

工厂停工阶段，按照停工检修计划完成大修工作。

5.Supervising, controlling and checking maintenance quality.

对维修质量进行监督、控制和检验。

6.Assisting supervisor to analyses the root cause of equipment defects, give suggestion and carry out of defects improvement.

协助主管分析故障原因，提出设备改进方法、实施改进措施。

7.To be hard working, can complete overtime and emergent repair work according to plant requirement.

吃苦耐劳，根据工厂需求进行加班及紧急抢修。

8.Support maintenance supervisor to manage maintenance workshop, ensure all the facilities & tools in workshop are keeping in good condition and ready to be used, same as workshop housekeeping.

协助维修主管管理维修间，保证维修间内的设备和工具完好备用，做好维修间内的清洁卫生工作。

9.Complete the jobs assigned by supervisor.

完成主管安排的其他工作。

Requirements:

1.Associate degree or above in electrical automation, instrumentation or related major.

大专及以上毕业，电气自动化，仪表仪器等专业背景。

2.At least 3+ years maintenance working experience in a chemical plant or petrochemical plant.

至少3年以上化工厂及石化厂仪电维修经验。

3.Be familiar with instrument equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, such as DCS, field instrument，control valve, analyzer.

熟悉仪表和控制系统的维修和故障处理，例如：DCS, 现场仪表，控制阀，分析仪等。

4.HV and LV electrical equipment operation certificate holder

拥有高低压电工操作证

5.Experience of maintenance procedure development. For example: HV switchgear operation procedure, VFD maintenance procedure.

具有设备维修程序编写经验。例如具有高压开关柜操作规程和变频器维护规程的编写经验。

6.Good English reading ability. Reading English equipment manual.

良好的英语阅读能力，能看懂设备英文资料。

7.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good relationship with colleagues and team spirit, good sense of self management.

沟通能力强，良好的同事关系和团队合作精神,较强的自我管理意识。

8.Good skill for use the office software

良好的办公软件使用技能

9.Familiar SAP PM system

熟悉SAP PM系统

10.Be familiar with electrical equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, such as transformer, switch gear, motor, UPS/ VFD.

熟悉电气设备的维修和故障处理，例如：变压器、高低压开关柜、电机、UPS、变频器等。

11.Working experience in an engineering team for chemical/petrochemical plant.

具有大型化工装置的工程施工经验者更佳。
