Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
2. Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
3. Function as liaison between internal supporting organizations and sales team for assigned contracts.
4. Works on the base of predefined contracts and frameworks.
5. Responsible for ensuring that where Contract Management is deployed, contract compliance is maintained, and issues resolved. If the contract is not complied with or issues are not resolved, they must be promptly escalated to Contract Management line manager
6. Identifies contract management issues and proposes solutions for approval
7. Provides negotiation support as required
8. Independently applies the contract management tools and techniques to assigned projects
9. Independently tailor standard contract management process according to engagement situation to secure the contract compliance management
10. Engaged in business development activities and provide contractual related support.
11. Supports training activities for Contract Management personnel

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, contract management, law or engineering preferred.
2. More than 3 year of relevant business experience necessary.
3. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
4. Strong commercial/ contracting acumen and can provide good judgement between Business requirements and risk mitigation.
5. Detail-oriented, organized, flexible
6. Work under pressure and time sensitivity, being a quick learner
7. Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
8. Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
