3. 不定期拜访客户，综合客户和市场的信息，形成报告，向工厂提出相关的新产品研发建议，比如产品路线图及改进建议，并根据公司要求进行新产品的预研    Visit customer, create report based on customer and marketing information,    and submit R&D suggestion for company, e.g. product road map, product improvement.    Carry on advance    project study according to company requirement.

4. 完成上级分配的其他工作。

    Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.

    

？ 本科或以上学历。 Bachelor degree

    

？ 机械/机电/模具类专业。Major in mechanical/mechatronics/tooling

    

？ 熟练操作3D软件，如PRO-E/Catia软件等；Good at 3D CAD software PRO-E/Catia.

    

？ 熟悉OFFICE软件，如PPT、EXCEL等，Good at Microsoft Office

    良好的英文听说读写能;  Good English listening/speaking/reading/writing capability

    

？ 5年以上汽车开关模组开发经验，有方向盘开关模组经验优先；5 years above automotive switch module development experiences, preferred steering wheel switch module experiences.

    

？ 能独立进行产品设计，熟悉常用五金、塑胶零件、电镀/喷涂等； Independent product design capability, familiar with process such as stamping, injection, plating, painting, IMD, etc.

    

？ 熟悉GD&T, 公差累积分析，DFMEA等设计工具. Familiar with the design tools such as GD&T, tolerance stack analysis, DFMEA, etc.

    

？ 分析数据能力及有SPC\DOE\FMEA应用经验者优先。 Good data analysis capability, SPC/DOE/FMEA experiences preferred.

    一定的电子/软件（LIN/CAN）基础知识. Basic electrical/software  (LIN/CAN) knowledge.
