Responsibilities



To approve China mortgage loan applications and liaise with frontline sales staffs for the approving terms and conditions in respective districts
To oversee the loan applications pipeline and allocate resources to process incoming applications within the pledged service standard
To assist to formulate credit policy and risk acceptance criteria
To assist to develop sound and efficient process / approving procedures to support business growth;
To assist to conduct training programme to frontline sales staffs to ensure the delivery of quality customer services and product compliance
To implement relevant control and compliance procedure to meet corporate requirement


Requirements



Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration
At least 5 years' relevant experience in mortgage lending and loan processing experience
Knowledge of mortgage lending and loan processing experience
Knowledge of PRC regulatory requirement on mortgage loan business
Able to work under pressure and independently
Effective communication skill and training skill
Sound negotiation and good interpersonal skill
Analytical and problem solving skill
Ownership of results
Good command in both written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office
