Main duties and responsibilities

o Initiate sell-out activities plan independently and report to KAM implementation status.

o Implement merchant training including onboard training, regular training and in-store training depending on merchant need.

o Visit merchant on a regular basis to understand their status, as well as maintaining relationships and feedback to KAM if required.

o Produce marketing collaterals and distribute to merchants on their requirement.

o Support merchant for issuing TFS forms through phone call and Wechat.

o Coordinate merchants’ communication with related parties such as BoC, system provider and government authorities.

o Collect merchant’s application documents and submit to Taxation, make sure all document required are correct and complete.

o Provide merchant performance and relevant statistics to KAM for communicating with partners and BoC on regular basis.

o Support Key Account Manager for all sales related activities.

Background and Skills

o Strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach the sales targets, to build foundations for long term business relationship

o Good communication skills, ability to present ideas clearly and concisely

o Ability to work in international environment

o Fluent written and spoken English

o Basic knowledge of MS Office products

o Basic financial knowledge

o University graduate preferred
