职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES

The focus of the role is to provide workplace strategy and change management consultancy services to specific projects. This include conducting intense time utilisation studies, engaging leadership interviews and employees workshop and producing strategy reportings and meaningful communication package as when project required. This role required to follow the C&W’s way of working and working closely with internal team and client organization. The individual should be well versed with working experience in the areas of occupancy planning, design, functional program, workplace standards development incorporating both traditional and alternative workplace strategies and design and develop change management program.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

WORKPLACE STRATEGY

? Acts as the primary contact and project lead for large and complex mandates to ensure timely, successful implementation of the committed scope of work.

? Identifies and validates existing organizational requirements and work space needs including utilization, growth forecasting, specialized requirements, head and seat counts and employee requirements at the business and employee level.

? Measures and analyses workplace effectiveness through discussion, site observation, space utilization and benchmarking studies. Identifies work styles, employee and space barriers to productivity and overall attitude towards change. Develops and facilitates client workshops / visioning sessions at the local and portfolio levels including multiple location strategies.

? Identifies opportunities to reduce occupancy costs and operating costs through alternative workplace strategies and consolidation/ co-location assessments.

? Creates comprehensive and compelling business case scenarios for change within the workplace. Develops preliminary design concepts, defines program requirements and recommended work settings in combination with strategic portfolio and space analytics. Provides recommendations specific to furniture, technologies and other infrastructure as it relates to AWS.

? Provides thought leadership in the area of workplace strategy through knowledge sharing, participation and facilitation to help evolve the workplace, people within it and the technologies used.

? Assists organizations with the implementation of alternative workplace strategies in alignment with corporate and business unit objectives including integrating and managing workplace outcomes with business and financial targets. Establishing integrated workplace requirements, including supporting the sustainable delivery of change for the business.

? Develops and maintains project schedule and budget to ensure it is in line with the approved mandate.

? Leads project meetings to define key goals and objectives.

? Leads milestone meetings with internal / external team members and project stakeholders.

? Perform other duties, as assigned.

CHANGE MANAGER

? Initiate and identify project supporters and will design and execute change management activities across leadership and stakeholder engagement, organisational alignment, learning and development, and communications.

? Develop and execute all aspects of the change management strategy.

? Involve imbedding the change and communications to directly support the Workplace Strategy to be implemented.

? Is comfortable with the technical aspects of the project while maintaining focus on the “people” side of change.

? Change impact analysis / Change readiness assessment

? Risk Assessment / Mitigation plan

? Change action planning and implementation

? Stakeholder assessment and management – owning key relationships with stakeholders across all levels

? Communication and engagement strategy and plan development and implementation

EDUCATION, JOB-RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

? At least 5 years knowledge of alternative workplace strategies and concepts, with the ability to communicate how business needs are changing and how people, places and technologies drive change within the workplace.

? Understanding of facilities management considerations

? Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project (nice to have)

? Excellent oral and written presentation skills

? Strong leadership and relationship management skills.

? Excels at problem solving with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

? Process orientated and capacity to assess and shift priorities as required in order to ensure deadlines are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

? 3-5 years experience in workplace strategy / change management / workplace design / facility operation

? LEED AP, WELL AP, BCIN and / or CoreNet MCR designation considered an asset.
