职位描述
The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for developing, managing, and recording creative and technical aspects of interior design projects. They work closely with the project manager, design coordinators, and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and productions.
Will report and be monitored by the Creative Director who will help to manage their workflow and guide and mentor them to improve the overall quality of their work.
To excel in this role, the Senior Interior Designer, will manage their design projects in support of JLL PDS.
They will work closely to coordinate their works with various teams with the highest level of professionalism, and respectful management of time & resources. Work efficiency will be key to their success. A focus on results, quality, and a strong work ethic will benefit this position.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Have national Intermediate Engineer license (Priority is Interior Design or you have Environmental Art Design, Architectural Art Design Intermediate certificate)
- 5-8 years of relevant experience with a focus on commercial office interiors, workplace either via consultancy, or preferably through the design & build delivery model.
- Hotel, F&B, hospitality, retail, public facilities, architecture, other experience also beneficial.
- Passionate about interior design with a positive proactive “can do attitude” and collaborative spirit.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment.
- Strong creative sensibility, punctuality, & time management skills.
- Software skills must include AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Powerpoint, & Adobe Photoshop
- 3ds Max, Vray Illustrator, InDesign, other software also a bonus.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese,International study or work experience preferred.
