工作职责:

1) Analyzing market opportunities and creating strategies for both partner program and CLCI offerings. Evaluate different business models that will drive revenue growth.

2) Program and offering design, launch and maintain. More specifically:

? Envisioning: Offering Definition, Target Audiences, Value Proposition, Competitive Analysis, BOM Design and Creation

? Deliver a partner program that includes design of offering components and supporting systems, tools and internal and external readiness; design of GTM model and Partnering strategy and design of Delivery Model and Roles Strategy

? Launch and land program to validate various elements of the design

? Execution: cross team orchestration between Services, Sales/Marketing, and PGs to drive and coordinate delivery dependencies

3) Developing and fostering strong long term business relationships across the partner ecosystem.

4) Managing program related contract framework

5) Project and program management for special projects

任职资格:

1) BA/BS degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business, or equivalent practical experience.

5-7 years in project management and/or business operations.

2) Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.

3) Acquired an ability to manage multiple projects at once with an eye towards cost and strategic value.

4) Exceptional communication skills and ability to formulate insights and opinions around complex business problems.

5) Self-directed, motivated and driven performer with exceptional multi-tasking abilities toward goal.

6) A strong team player that values the importance of the success of their overall group.

7) Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.
