SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  

• Work closely on related issues with customers to enhance the quality in customer service. 与客户紧密合作，加强服务质量及水平。

• Updating and maintaining of Customer Service procedures / requirements. 更新维护客户服务相关流程和工作指导书。

• Internal and external customer communication 内外客户沟通

• Routine Operation (inbound, outbound inventory cycle count…etc). 日常操作（如收发货和盘点等工作）

• CIQ Operation 海关系统操作

• Team work spirit 团队协作精神

• Customer oriented   客户导向

• Initiatives and responsible for daily work 主动并对工作负责

• Other task assigned by direct report. 其他领导指派的工作任务。

                  

  

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

 Educational Level

  

• College degree or above. 专科以上学历

• CET 4 is preferred 优先有4及英语证书

• 2 years working experience in Contract Logistics at least 2年以上合同物流的工作经验

• Familiar with office software,Excel is Must 熟悉办公软件，Excel方面是必须的

• Be good at data analysis 善于数据分析
