Quality Control Technician

(based in Jiangmen/ Guangdong) -J51 QCT

The Job

You report to the Quality Control Supervisor. You will perform quality control (QC) testing on raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and reworks to ensure relevant specifications are complied with. As a member of the Quality department your overall responsibilities include:-

-troubleshoot any non-conforming batch

-Ensure that QC specifications are met for batches of material produced

-Identify non-conforming raw material.

-maintain data in the system for the batches passed

- practice good housekeeping of retained samples and finishes goods

-to work in accordance with the Whitford Waste, Quality and Environmental Policy.

-ensure good maintenance of QC equipments

The person

· Diploma in Chemistry or other related discipline

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin

· You have minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a quality control or lab environment for a manufacturing organization
