Responsibilities:

? Review and execute test plans for complex feature areas or products.

? Sequence and prioritize product feature test and ensure that there is adequate time for test coverage, trade-off decisions, and the timely completion of high-quality services. 

? Perform component and system-level verification testing. 

? Prepare test reports to communicate test results. 

? Work to track hardware failures to component level and root cause.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:  

·         Bachelor or Diploma degree majored in Electronics and Communication; 

·         Shall have 5+ years of extensive experience in PCBA soldering both PTH and SMD parts (like 1206, 0805, 0603, 0403, 0201, SOT, SOP, SOIC, QFP, QFN, BGA, etc.) and Hands-on Experience in Board testing and signal capturing/measurements

Soldering Skills:

·         Should have knowledge of PCBA cleaning.

·         Should have good understanding of electronic component (Size, polarity, coding etc.)

·         Should have knowledge of electronic component storing and handling

·         Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator.

·         Able to follow both written and verbal instructions.

·         Must have computer skills, minimum Microsoft office.

·         Excellent hand and eye coordination is needed.

·         Complete tasks within standard times with minimum supervision.

·         Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Board Testing Skills:

·          Shall have hands-on experience in Board Functional Testing and DVT testing

·         Shall have hands-on experience on Lab Test Equipment like scopes (in the ranges of 500MHz to 40G bandwidth scopes), Power supplies, DMM, Thermal loggers etc.

·         Shall have hands-on experience in capturing signal waveforms for standard interface (like DDR3/DDR4/1Gbps Ethernet/SATA/PCIe/LVDS/USB3.0) using high-end scopes
