What are my responsibilities?

- Create PO in SAP based on the information provided by project buyers

-Track the PO status in SAP: PO confirmation, goods receipt, invoice receipt, invoice payment

- Expedite the PO: follow the instruction from Project procurement manager and project buyers, and coordinate with vendor on various topics during PO execution to make sure the on time and correct delivery

- Work as project buyers for non-commodity components: clarify the purchase requisition with PM, search for qualified suppliers, quote, negotiation and sign contract and following the operation procurement process

- Support on optimizing the operational procurement process

- Other tasks assigned by supervisor or company

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Around 2-3 years working experience of procurement related

- High ability to communicate with various interfaces, solve problems and multitasking

- Detailed, earnest, patient and careful

- Excellent in written and spoken English

- University degree or above, relevant major is preferred

- Good practical experience of SAP is preferred

- Good knowledge of Windows and office software (esp. excel)

- Quick learner, dedicated, good performance under pressure
