工作职责及要求:
根据公司发展和需要,负责公司培训体系的构建
负责编写员工培训规划、拟定年度工作好预算计划,在审批后组织实施
以及其它相关工作
任职要求:
大学本科上学历,人力资源相关专业毕业
具有500强企业工作背景,有培训学院经验
具有一定的沟通管理能力

Responsibilities:
Organizational Development and Succession Planning
? Devise and implement a plan for developing and retaining talent, assess competency strengths and gaps, offering training and recruitment solutions. Ensure successor are identified and recruited to match aggressive business initiative.
Employee and Labor Relations
? Point person for interpretation and guidance relative to company policies and procedures.
? Manages employee issues and grievances to satisfactory resolution and provides guidance to supervisors and managers addressing employee issues and grievances.
? Ensures organizational compliance with local labor laws and company policies and procedures.
Staffing and Recruitment
? Identify and implement creative recruiting strategies to meet new hire demand in each BU.
? Manage and execute the recruitment process.
? Manage and develop relationships with recruitment agencies.
? Develop, execute and maintain new employee “on-boarding” process.
Compensation and Benefits
? Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures related to wage and salary structure, pay policies, and performance appraisal.
? Maintains payroll systems and ensures data integrity.
? Coordinate and manage benefits plans and bonus plans.
Requisition:
? Master /Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
? Fluent English and Mandarin essential.
? More than 8 years of HR experiences with at least 3 years in regional human resource management.
? Experience working in internet industry preferred.
? Proactive, energetic and strong executive ability.
? Strong organizational, leadership and high interpersonal flexibility.
? Good ability to balance both employees’ and management expectations.
