Responsibilities:

- Managing of Cash, Cheque and blank official invoice;

- Monitoring cash flow carefully, make sure all the bank transfer be processed accurately and smoothly.

- Initial checking for the staff cash reimbursement and payment request; invoice checking;

- Managing of the original financial vouchers;

- Weekly internal cash reports for Group; bank reconciliation on monthly basis;

- Weekly cash forecast;

- Annual inspection process;

- Other financial work arranged by the Finance Manager;

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree and above, major in accounting;

- At least 1 years accounting experience ( foreign company experience preferred);

- Be familiar with MS Office, especially in Excel;

- Good communication skills and proficient in English in writing and oral both;

- Able to work independently and has good team work spirits;
