职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
to promote company products:
- ensure that final customers and distributors perfectly understand the usage of the sf products
- ensure that the sf products are being properly used and stored
- ensure that final customers and distributors have access to the necessary data related to sf products and procedures, such as SRL / TDS / SMDS and shoe finishing procedures
development and bulk production:
- to ensure that new developments done at the trading companies are doable at the factories
- to ensure that factories when developing samples are following pre-defined procedures
- identify discrepancies and or variations on leathers when comparing against approved standard and formulate recommendations to trading companies
reports:
- to prepare and issue visit and market opportunities reports on weekly basis to the business manager
sales:
- ensure that distributors do have stock and promote the right products
- ensure that distributors are delivering original products to final customers
- helps achieving long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions
- work with the internal team and local business manager to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for SF & LC business in Asia, to achieve this, need to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future
- support the management of existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict our clients’ future needs
- work in collaboration when technical expertise is required
- prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients, must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients
- develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship
Key Requirements:
- commercial skill (persuasive skills, good looking and good talking)
- self-motivation
- independence
- quick learning
- problem solving
- multi-cultural contacts
- frequent travelling is acceptable
- basic oral and written English skills
- don't need a strong technical background. but a a training to share the bases will be organized in EU
