职位描述
KEY RELATIONSHIP: Reports to: Event Manager
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES：
-Help define the communication plan for the specialty or expertise in the area of event management.
-Develop actions within the scope of responsibility and ensure that they are effectively deployed and that the related risks are carefully managed.
MAIN COMPETENCIES and FUNCTIONS:
-Events design and execution (zone/corporate events, product launches, roadshow, tradeshows & exhibitions, public relations events, motorsport events, internal meetings & conventions…);
-Control and monitor different agencies to achieve good results;
-Cooperate with different project owners/departments throughout the whole event and offer professional suggestion properly;
-Partnership & sponsorship management, customers & VIP visits;
KEY QUALITIES REQUIRED:
-Detail-orientated; good team player;
-Have strong overall view and project timeline within mind;
-Ability to take multi-task under pressure and with very limited time;
-Strong communication skill and courage to show own opinions;
-Crisis management through event execution phase;
QUALIFICATIONS:
-More than 3 years event organize experiences;
-Good oral & written skills both in English and Chinese;
-Work experience in Event Agencies preferred;
