PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责：

1.Product (precision testing unit) and non-standard automation testing equipment electrical & electronics develop, that contain but not limited on some high frequency FPC and PCB development
2.Customer requirement acquisition, system design, define spec, electrical communication method selection, schematic design, FPC/PCB layout, parts selection, fabrication/assembly documentation, Gerber files, wiring design, cable routing design etc.
3.Conduct regular design review within the team to ensure an optimized design that can cover function, cost, schedule, DFM, etc.
4.Communicate with vendor to deliver parts precisely and timely.
5.Prototype assembly / buyoff / measurement (included but not limited on impedance, bandwidth, eye-diagram) / debug / evaluation / design improvement / qualification
6.Product FA and root cause finding by in-depth study
7.Collaboration with global (US/Japan/Philippines/Thailand/Malaysia) and local teams on product / equipment electrical & electronics development
8.Working with mechanical design, simulation, testing, servo, software, firmware team for new product and equipment development
9.Support new product / equipment ramp up in overseas

1. 产品（高精密测试模组）及非标自动化测试设备电子电路研发，包含高速FPC及PCBA的研发
2.客户需求分析，系统设计，规格定义，通讯方案选定，原理图及layout，器件选型，加工及装配文档准备
3.完成设计评估，确保设计在功能，成本，schedule及DFM方面进行优化
4.与供应商沟通保证产品按时保质交付
5.新产品原型的装配，收货检查，测试（包括并不局限于阻抗，带宽，眼图），调试， 验证，设计改善及最终的认证
6.通过深入研究，对产品失效进行分析并提供解决方案
7.研发协作团队包括机械，仿真，测试，伺服，软件，固件团队。协作国家包含美，日，菲律宾，泰国，马来西亚
8.支持产品设备的海外投产

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求：

1.Master Degree or above in electrical engineering or related fields
2.Hands-on Experience on electrical schematic/layout design, familiar with Allegro or Altium etc.
3.Prefer to have experience on high frequency electrical design, simulation and FA, familiar with various use of oscilloscope, network analyzer
4.Experience on MCU firmware development is preferred
5.Experiences in workshop is preferred
6.High flexibility under various conditions; Uses professional concepts in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways;
7.Good team player, highly motivated and possessing a sense of urgency, capable of working independently
8.Good written and verbal communication skills

1.电子工程或相关领域硕士及以上学历
2.具有电子电气相关设计、装配、调试经验，熟练使用Allegro/Altium等PCBA设计软件
3.优先考虑：具有高频电路设计，仿真及FA经验，熟练使用示波器及网络分析仪, 了解MCU固件开发，动手能力强
4.面对多变环境适应性强，能够专业且创新高效的分析解决复杂问题并达成目标
5.良好的团队合作能力，工作积极主动，有紧迫感，能独立工作
6.良好的写作及口语能力
