Responsibilities:

·         Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing processes and assembly methods.

·         Design and develop tools, fixtures and jigs to aid assembly and manufacture.

·         Plan and coordinate manufacturing processes for improving productivity and quality.

·         Develop, update and review manufacturing documentation for all aspects of manufacture, assembly and test.

·         Perform failure analysis and take corrective actions for manufacturing processes and assembly methods and track/update related bugs in Triage system.

·         Drive processes and methods readiness to meet project schedule and track the progress and predict risks.

·         Report process development status and highlight hot issues and corrective plans.

·         Work with teams and provide input from processes and assembly point of view for optimizing manufacture feasibility and capability.

·         Support product builds during product development phase and step in quick troubleshooting.

 

Qualifications:  

·         Minimum 7 years’ of related working experience;

·         Minimum 5 years’ experience required in consumer electronics or hi-tech industry;

·         In-depth experience with product development processes;
