Key Working Task：

E-commerce visual content management-60%

-Manage visual alignment of all online store designs and review the designs, ensure all visuals meet brand standard, keep consistency with brand image.

-Lead and monitor agency partners to create online visual contents to drive more traffic for EC shops.

Work closely with internal teams and agency partners to develop attractive visuals and continually optimize click rate and conversion rate.

-Be good at using analytics, heat mapping and the A/B testing platform, ideate new site features and strategies to improve UX.

-Lead seasonal homepage visual upgrade.

-Work closely with agency partner and marketing team to develop online design guidelines.

-Deliver marketing and global digital contents to agency partners in time, and lead partners to better utilize these assets.

Seasonal shooting-30%

-Manage shooting budget, contracts and execution.

-Lead agency to deliver excellent seasonal product shootings and short videos.

-Review shooting plans and bring ideas to drive young consumers.

-Select best fit models.

-Review photo & short videos selections and confirm retouch standards.

-Coordinate with internal team to manage product samples.

Others-10%

-Official website and mini-program design work for some special campaigns.

-Create design guideline and contents for some special campaigns.

-Portrait right and copy right management.

-Undertake other assignments by line manager

Position Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree in Graphic Design / Multimedia / Web Design or related discipline /Marketing or equivalent subject.

2. Minimum of 3 years of content marketing, graphic designing & shooting working experience.

3. Good at using Photoshop, Illustrator.

4. Must demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and passion for continuous improvement
