Intertraffic Group was established in Mexico in 1997 being one of the leading Customs broker in the country. The group expanded operations and open their offices in Hong Kong and Shenzhen in 2007 under the name of Intertraffic Asia Limited. Intertraffic Shanghai Branch 1 was set up in Putuo District in 2014.

To support its expansion the group is now looking for a customer focused with great interpersonal and communication skills Loading Inspection Supervisor for its Shanghai office.

Assignments:

• Reporting to company Operation Manager in Shenzhen; 向深圳运营经理汇报；
• Supervising Loading Inspections (Pre-inspection – Previo En Origen – and Supervision of Loading) in China and Greater Asia; 监督管理中国及亚洲区域的监装验货工作；
• Supervising inspectors missions ensuring that the goods delivered by the factory are compliant with customer’s requirements in terms of quantity / assortment / packaging / labelling and making sure that orders are both complete and securely loaded into containers before shipment; 监督管理验货员的工作，以确保客户在质量、品类、装箱、标签等方面的清关要求；及确保订单的完成和安全装箱；
• Prepare monthly reports of non-conformity / non-compliance of inspections to establish corrective actions and proper training; 准备违约或不符合验货报告，以建立完善适合的培训和纠错体系；
• Work closely with our team of coordinators and Inspectors to prepare, assess performance and quality of information of every inspection, paying special attention to inspections performed by 3rd parties; 与协调部门和验货员紧密合作，准备、评估验货绩效和质量信息，并对第三方验货给予特别关注；
• Providing support & training to inspectors to achieve company goals and client requirements; 为验货员提供支持及培训以达到公司的目标和客户的要求。
• Monitoring and assessing inspectors' activities; 监督及评估验货员的活动；
• Estimate Loading Inspections times and cost. Validating inspectors’ mission expenses; 估算监装验货的时间和成本，确认验货员的费用；
• Promote continuous improvements to processes and inspections; 不断完善验货检测流程；
• Revise, update and validate all inspection reports made by internal inspectors and 3rd parties; 修改、更新和确认所有内部验货员和第三方的验货报告；
• Work closely with 3rd parties to assure full understanding of our inspection needs and compliance of our inspection requirements; 与第三方验货机构紧密合作以确保对验货需求的认识及达到验货要求；
• Assisting in performing internal revisions in accordance with Operation / Systems manuals and Codes of Practices throughout our business; 协助修订内部业务运作系统手册及操作准则；
• Develop and update the Operation and Inspection Procedures; 发展和更新运营及验货流程；
• Draw up documented inspection procedures (Protocols) according to new customers/product requirements; 根据新客户/ 产品的要求起草验货流程文件/ 草案；
• Liaising with customers and suppliers, vendors and factories whenever necessary; 当有必要时与客户、供应商、采购商和工厂联系；
• Travelling can be required, mainly within China. Later on in Greater Asia; 可以配合出差，主要在中国国内；之后亚洲地区；
• Awareness and guidance for inspections in China and revision of their inspection procedure and reporting is mandatory. 对中国的验货指引及流程修订和合规性有认识。

Requirements:

• 5 years or above Loading Inspections working experience in both Soft and Hard Goods; 5年以上在纺织品和耐用品上监装验货工作经验；
• Experienced in Import & Export, forwarding/shipping and Customs clearance procedure; 具有进出口、货代运输和清关的经验；
• Familiar with ISO international standards working environments and good practices; 熟悉ISO国际标准并有良好的实践经验；
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience; 2 年管理经验；
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; 出色的交流沟通技巧；
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua; 良好的书面和口头英语及普通话能力；
• Proficiency in using MS Pack Office; 熟练运用MS Pack Office；
• Proactive, Detail-minded and well organized; 主动、仔细和良好的组织能力；
• Immediate availability appreciated. 能立即到岗优先考虑。
