通过电性验证、失效定位和后续的物理失效分析技术来确定芯片的失效原因和失效机制。应聘者应掌握模拟电路设计、半导体器件物理、或相关专业知识；又具备半导体失效分析、芯片制造、封装测试，产品应用等基础知识的优先考虑。

作为一名失效分析工程师,你将有机会：

• 为客户回片和可靠性失效提供及时准确的失效分析

• 与研发部门紧密合作， 提供设计验证调试相关的失效分析

• 与跨部门以及工程团队紧密合作，积极提供失效分析服务

• 维护实验室仪器设备并了解业界设备的新进展和应用

• 持续优化、开发失效分析技术，在本地实验室建立新的失效分析能力

• 支持质量保证体系的实施，积极参与技术交流

Qualifications我们在寻找：

• 电路设计，微电子，电子工程，物理，或相关专业本科以上学历，2020届毕业生；

• 强烈意愿掌握失效分析技术，包括对先进失效分析仪器设备的使用，如X-ray，SAM，Curve Tracer，De-capsulation，FaultIsolation, De-process, SEM, FIB，等；

• 具备器件物理，芯片制造工艺，封装测试的基础知识；

• 具备模拟电路设计基础知识的优先；

• 熟练用英文报告和交流；

• 良好的沟通和人际交往能力；

• 积极开展工作的热情。
