Job requirements

· Liaise and co-ordinate all resources between HK, Group office, vendors, and suppliers in the design and implementation for infrastructure.

· Develop the standard infrastructure architecture for HK and develop the future state detailed design per requirement on new IT projects and initiatives

· Assure the integration and interoperability of the new infrastructure consolidated to the overall data center and infrastructure deployed

· Oversee and manage the technical build to assure conformance to the infrastructure architecture and design approved; Provide support and participate in the infrastructure deployment.

· Creation of infrastructure templates based on company standard or endorsed approaches

· Review and provide technical guidance in the merging and sequencing of infrastructure and application;

· Review and accept technical proposals and suggestions from various sources for Infrastructure to deploy and support; Review and acceptance of bill of materials, and provide recommendations to management before procurement

Qualification

· University graduates with in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or equivalent

· At least 5-10 years of experience in an Infrastructure related role, preferably in Financial Services, and with actual experiences in 2-3 of the following areas

o ICP/IP Networking, Firewall and security devices

o Host and servers including AS/400, Unix, SUSE Linux, REDHAT Linux, Ubuntu, MS Windows

o Data bases – SYBASE, MS SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, NOSQL, REDIS, ORACLE, Cassandra

o Internet web hosting and middleware – 3 tier infrastructure, JBOSS, WAS, Apache, HTTP server, Weblogic

o Cloud computing –Azure Cloud, Hadoop, SPARK, Mapreduce, DOCKER, Kubernetes, Prometheus, containerd

· Strong ability to manage vendors and suppliers to deliver as per agreed service levels.

· Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Sound ability to analyze, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions

· Familiar with ITIL and equivalent ITSM processes.

· Strong customer service focus.
