Job Responsibilities

· Work with marketing, sales and customers on defining growth opportunity in Architectural Coating Exterior segments.

· Develop formulation/product solution packages in exterior segments, such as stone paint and multi-color.

· Execute the project without supervision.

· Communicate program needs, project plans, project progress and conclusions/recommendations to related parties.

· Prepare technical package and provide training.

· Provide technical support to sales and customers on Exterior segment. Assist customer on solving technical issues.

· Document the technical learning.

· Actively participate in EHS programs and practice good lab housekeeping. Maintain lab apparatus working conditions.

Qualifications

· Master in major in Chemical Engineering/Polymer Science/Chemistry or related.

· 5+ years working experience in Coatings Industry, with rich experience in multi-color, stone paint formulations/applications.

· Demonstrated strong application development skills in multi-color and stone paint.

· Experienced in design of experiment and project execution.

· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Strong communication skills.

· Good team player.

· Write and speak both Chinese and English fluently.

· Require self motivating person who can work independently.

· IT literate (MS office, internet, email).
