Responsibility:

Location: Dongguan, Changping or Chashan

• Be Responsible for one logistics department and manage your department with full autonomy; 对物流部门的日常运营负责并自主管理；
• You recruit, induct, train and manage a team of 10 to 15 people; 带领10到15人的团队，并自主招聘及发展自己的团队；
• You define your ambitious long-term project and lead your department to develop;
• You manage the KPI of your department; 管理团队KPI；
• You manage daily activities of your department to ensure smooth operations with high efficiency & accuracy to satisfy our customers in China stores; 负责部门的日常运作，保证高效、精准地完成每日订单，让顾客满意；
• You assist distribution center manager for the security of the warehouse. 团队协作维护仓库安全系统，优化仓储配送流程。

Requirements:

• Sports lover; 热爱运动，充满活力；
• Bachelor or above, overseas experience is a plus; 本科及以上学历，有海外留学经历和工作经验者优先；
• Major in logistics/supply chain/industry engineering or related, have great passion and want to develop in logistics; 物流、供应链、工业工程等相关专业，有志于在物流行业发展；
• Good communication skills, on site management experiences or potential team leader; 良好的沟通能力、现场管理能力、团队领导力、集体协调能力；
• Able to work well under pressure; 有较强的抗压能力；
• Fluent in English, French will be a plus. 优秀的英语口语和书写能力。
