职位描述
负责购物中心、办公楼租户二次装修的协调工作，协助商场落实aei改造工程
协助总部设计部、现场工程师等同事完成装修图纸的审核
协调政府部门，与各方保持良好的合作关系
购物中心、办公楼租户日常的沟通、协调及问题处理；
各类物业费用的收缴；
各类物业文档的处理，如ISO,EHS等；
其他与租户相关的各项日常工作。
任职要求：
大学专科以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验
具物业管理上岗证书等相关资格证书
熟悉物业管理条例和物业管理操作流程
熟悉水、消防系统的监控维护知识，熟悉大型商场物业项目的工程维护、安保、监控、清洁等管理
较强的沟通表达能力，解决问题能力强
有室内设计经验者优先
