Intertraffic Group was established in Mexico in 1997 being one of the leading Customs broker in the country. The group expanded operations and open their offices in Hong Kong and Shenzhen in 2007 under the name of Intertraffic Asia Limited. Intertraffic Shanghai branch was set up in 2015. Intertraffic Quality Inspection Private Limited was incorporated in Chennai, India in February 2016.

Our missions:

• To provide our clients the best solutions to improve and facilitate their import procedures and foreign trade activities.
• To be our client’s eyes in the factory.
• To help guarantee compliance of our client’s requirements with regards to their purchase orders.
• To save time and money when Customs clearing containers upon arrival to Mexican ports/airports.

To support its expansion the group is now looking for an Inspection Planning Coordinator for its Shenzhen office.

Reporting directly to the Shenzhen Company Coordination Supervisor, your assignments will include:

• Arrange China + Greater Asia Quality and Loading inspections liaising with all relevant stakeholders (Factories, Vendors, Warehouses etc. );
• Timely register every single inspection in company ERP (SAC) ensuring the reliability and accuracy of all data input;
• Keep a most up to date Excel planning at all times;
• Ensure all processes are compliant with company policies;
• Dealing with any other additional Inspection Coordination task as assigned by the direct line of report;

Requirements:

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
• Team player;
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, detail-minded and well organized;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Proficiency in using MS office;
• Immediate availability appreciated;
