Job Responsibilities:

? Under the direct supervision of the General Manager

? Responsible of the normal operations of the factory

? Ensure all the orders process on time

? Ensure all the products and orders will meet the quality requirements

? Ensure the efficiency within the production department

? Ensure the discipline within the factory and the workers

? Supervise the production leaders (5 people)

? OT management

? KPI management and data check

? Coordinate with the Logistic department all the shipments

? Be a pivotal person between production - purchase - logistic - warehouse

? Follow up on the production status and update the sales reference

? Aligned with logistics department for order deliveries

? Prepare weekly orders report to share the data with sales team and overseas headquarter

? Attend weekly SOP meeting

? Continuous process improvements implementation

? Follow up of samples request from clients and headquarter

? Other tasks assigned by the General Manager

? Responsible of the inventory

? Cost analysis for each project and for samples request

? Creation of the BOM

Requirements:

? Degree/Major in management / industrial engineer

? ***

? Experience with factory workers management

? Well-organized work style and experience to manage orders and paperwork

? Good personality and communication skills, patient, attention to details

? Strong skills on Microsoft Office (excellent skills for excel), experience on ERP system is a plus

? Good English skill in oral and writing

? Preferred experience in International companies with China production plant

? Preferred experience in manufactory of plastic

? Preferred experience in quality control

? Preferred experience in mannequin’s production
