Key Responsibilities

1. Direct contacts to business partner

· Written and verbal contacts with multiple departments

· Visits where required to business partner.

· Coordinating the overheads reports with our business partners including finding risks and opportunities, negotiation, etc. monthly

· Lead budget period with FP&A manager yearly, able to coordinate and negotiate with business partner etc.

2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of P&L and overheads reporting

3. Ensure the integrity of data capture in the in house computer systems

4. Maintain local and global (GPM system) reports

5. Monthly reports and deck preparations

6. Ad hoc tasks

· Educated to degree level.

· Minimum 2 years apprenticeship and business partner experience.

· Strong numeric and communication skill required.

· Outward going, keen and enthusiastic candidate who can develop quickly a strong commercial understanding of our business.

· 2 years’ experience in an international environment is preferred, but not essential.

· A proven track record in working under pressure to deadlines, whilst maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality of work.

· To work extensively with the in house computer system, excel, word and PowerPoint.

· Proven team player.

· Excellent written and verbal English language skills. (minimum CET level 6. TEM level 8 preferred, but not essential)
