Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support to projects and local business, such as analytical requests from plants and projects from other BUs; understand customer needs and deliver high quality analytical results.

• Characterize surfaces, morphologies, structures and compositions of various samples using standard techniques.

• Work closely and leverage best practices from global teams.

• Plan and conduct product evaluation activities; Proactively identify and resolve issues during evaluation process;

• Actively identify and engage with internal/external partners and establish partnership to support product development, manufacturing and commercialization;

• Create presentations and analytical report to communicate with internal/external customers.  Document the learning and progress in technical reports, invention disclosures timely.

• Conduct routine instruments maintenance

• Support daily EHS management in CRCC.

                

Education & Experience：

• BS or higher degree in chemistry, physics, material science or mechanical engineering;

•   >3 years (with MS degree) of experience on material characterization or product evaluation, or

•   >6 years (with BS degree) of experience on material characterization or product evaluation,

•   Good understanding of mechanical properties of materials.

        

Required Skills：                                                

• Hand-on skills in materials characterization tools.

• Rich experience in SEM/EDS, optical microscope and mechanical testing.

• Being able to adapt to multi tasks; Develop knowledge and capability in new areas quickly.

• Good English presentation and reporting skills.
