Responsibility

· Act as 1st line support within process framework, educate end users, general IFS support. Problem solve and identification.

· Be able to answer questions from other users whenever the answer is covered by Process framework or local processes. If the answer to the question require additional knowledge or competence, responsible for forwarding the case to the IFS Helpdesk.

· Be knowledgeable enough to educate end user in how to use IFS according to process framework and any local processes. Distribute and educate any additions to process framework to the end users.

· Responsible for the maintenance, repair, configuration and installation of computer equipment.

· Installation and configuration of software to company standard.

Requirements.



· Experience in relational database, Windows Application, have basic knowledge of SQL Language.

· Analytical, problem solving and communication skills, good reading and written English.

· The position requires a thorough understanding of PC network protocols and the confidence and competence to operate on a live business critical system. The holder has some responsibility for protecting Company data and must therefore be both technically competent and business aware to be able to do this.

· Be flexible in their approach the job and be capable of working in a (sometimes) highly stressed environment.
