Customer Service coordinator
The customer service department in Dongguan is a team of 10 coordinators working in teams, responsible for their own brands. We are expecting high growth in our company the next years, which is why we are seeking 10 new employees to our customer service department.
Key Responsibilities :
* Handle inquiries from customers and arrange samples with suppliers
* Communicating and coordinating with customers, suppliers and overseas colleagues on order
* Handle inquiries from customers and arrange samples with suppliers

status in good manner and service level
* Coordinating with stock and production team to ensure on time delivery
* Prepare Sales Order and Purchase Order and regular updating information in ERP System
* Approving and preparing QC report
Requirements :
* College graduate or above
* 2-3 years relevant experience in international logistics or trading firm
* Ability to follow through details of orders in professional manner
* Detail minded, well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills and team work spirit
* Good spoken and written English (CET-4 or above)
* Hands on advance Microsoft Outlook, Excel and familiar with operation in ERP system is a plus
* Living in Dongguan and immediately available is preferred
* Coordinating with stock and production team to ensure on time delivery
