工作职责:
* 负责所有的库存管理以及品質檢測
* 检查每天的订单情况,Inter-Company 订单的追踪,库位检查,品質檢測等
* 与内部客服部门,打印部门以及外部各方合作
* 维持改善内部流程
* 提高工作效率以及质量
* 运输成本时效控制
* 年度盘库,分析盘点结果
* 员工管理, 包括对仓库部门员工进行考核,培训,激励员工,招聘员工
* 与运营经理一起评估未来资源,旺季尽量减少加班,淡季安排培训,提高部门的整体水平
* 解决突发问题,向运营经理报告各项事宜
* 协助上级经理解决其他问题

Requirements
· College graduate or above
· Preferably some working experience in international logistics or trading
· Comprehensive English ability in speaking, writing and listening (CET-4 or above)
· Good knowledge of Microsoft office, experience with ERP system is a plus
· Detail minded and well organized
· Good interpersonal skills and team work spirit
· Eager to learn and like working in a foreign company
· Living in Dongguan is preferred
Key responsibilities
· Responsible for handling all stock and QC activities
o Daily routines - Checking daily orders, Follow up on Inter Company shipments, Check locations in ERP system, QC, etc.
o Close cooperation with Customer service, Production and external partners to solve any daily challenges
· Maintain and develop internal procedures
o Effective order handling
o Quality level – timely and correctly
· Cost efficient freight, evaluating cost of different transportation types/different couriers vs. transit time, response time etc.
· Responsible for the warehouse part of the Annual Stock Count and analysing the result, i.e. the deviations between ERP and physical stock.
· Employee management
o Evaluating work load, qualification needs, motivation, training, recruitment and selection for Warehouse staff
o Evaluate staff performance, including reporting on the Employee Performance Assessment of Pick-pack teams and the QC department. Make yearly evaluation for all warehouse department staff, including taking individual meetings with staff when necessary.
o In cooperation with Business Manager identify potential future gaps in resources. Hereunder reducing need for OT in peak periods as well as plan and manage “upgrade” initiatives during low season, e.g. training
· Problem solving ad hoc and handle daily employee challenges. Reporting to BM on all issues there might be
· Assist senior manager with any special case
