Key Responsibilities :
* Supervise a small team to handle customers' inquiries and orders professionally
* Monitor delivery status from suppliers to fulfill customers' and inter-company order level for

on-time delivery
* Organize workload with teammates and lead them for any problem solve issues in daily operation
* Laise with other departments for effective shipment / orders arrangements
* Provide training to new comers and develop teammates to achieve excellent customer service level
* Identify and feedback to Management for any critical issues
* Maintain regular reports for Management review

Requirements :
* College graduate with 5 years relevant working experience in Customer Service
* Solid order coordination experience with 3 years in supervisory level to manage a small team
* Highly responsible and customer-service oriented
* Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive for improvement
* Good leadership to motivate teammates for extra miles
* Good spoken and written English (CET-4 or above)
* Hands on advance Microsoft Outlook, Excel and familiar with operation in ERP system
* Living in Dongguan and immediately available is preferred
