RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Review the Last, Blue Print, Paper Pattern and Shoe Construction to ensure the products meet PSS and CPSC (Consumer Products Safety Commission) Standard consistently.
2. Review new designs with field associates to ensure both aesthetic and technic meet PSS standard.
3. Evaluate the Fit by Wearing Test.
4. Work with PD Developer, QA team and Factories on Full-size Grading, Test Production Review to ensure compliance to PSS Fit and Technical Design Requirements in all sizes.
5. Interface with factories and field associates on Technical issues to ensure the problem is free from productions.
6. Interface with Topeka side on Technical issues for Problem Solving and Improvement.
7. Review damage shoes as the experience of improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Full working knowledge and experience in the shoe product process which is including the Last, Outsole, Paper Pattern and Production Flow.
2. Working knowledge of English.
3. At least 2-year experience in “Kid’s Technician”.
