工作职责：

• 日常运营相关申请的受理、申请材料初审、信息录入、打印、交接、和扫描
• 销售人员和客户的咨查询服务
• 前台客户接待、一般投诉业务处理和跟踪
• SSC日常单证管理、客户业务档案临时管理、前台邮寄交接
• 销售行政相关申请资料接收、审核、发放和信息传递
• 其他主管交办的工作

职位要求：

• 大专及以上学历
• 至少有1年以上经济工作经验，有保险公司从业经验、酒店服务经验、航空服务工作经验者优先
• 电脑使用熟练

• 主动服务意识强，较好的沟通能力

• 结果导向

• 学习能力强

• 工作细致、有条理
