  Job Description

  The GM will take in charge of whole Beijing office, and reporting to China MD. Fully in charge of Beijing office operation, P&L management, client development whilst maintaining a good relationship with current clients. Apart from business development, training and building up a strong culture within Beijing office is quite important for this role. Expanding the team through strategic leadership to make sure the organic growth in manpower.

  The Successful Applicant

  Successful candidate will be someone who have at least 15-year strong experience in either agency or in-house marketing/PR functions with excellent commercial sense, industry is quite open for this role. This role need a true leader with strong mindset in leadership, who can aspire team member with high-quality training and leading by the front attitude. The candidate must be familiar with agency operation and business model, with a strong mindset of customer-oriented. Since the company will work for MNC client, bilingual capability is a must.
