This role is to support HAA to drive successful outcome of requalification projects (both raw materials and shape/fit) by managing priorities, resources, timelines, status reporting and problem escalation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication between China and Corp, prioritizing projects defined by strategy & functional initiatives
• Liaise with PD team to deploy resources to the right projects, create and follow achievable timelines
• Review raw materials testing to ensure compliance to required raw material spec
• Establish and communicate KPI to vendors to achieve company requirements
• Actively engage and work with vendors on problem solving to ensure standards are met or escalating problems to Corp for resolution
• Manage and communicate status reports of projects on a regular basis to ensure work and timing of benefits are visible to all stakeholders, including PD, Sourcing and Corp

Requirements:

• Appropriate Textile Degree or strong experiences in textile technology.
• 8 years+ relevant working experience in quality management, raw materials experiences would be preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Work with Can-do attitude
• Well-organized on multi prioritization
• Ability to develop alternatives that satisfy business requirements
• Excellent knowledge in product quality standard
• Oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Fabric Technical understanding/appreciation
