WHAT YOU WILL DO

1.Support Operation BI Associate Manager to define and align with varied stakeholders the business requirements and technical solutions for Operation and Finance BI system

2.Engage in vendor selection and detailed scope confirmation / alignment for the project with vendors (BI vendor and other source system vendors)

3.Day-to-day manage internal business stakeholders (incl. local manufacturing, P&T, supply chain and finance and IT), IT East and external vendors during project design & implementation phase, under the guidance of Operation BI Associate Manager

4.Support Operation BI Associate Manager to manage BI system helpdesk, be responsible for the consultations about BI system and BI reports.

5.Support the training programme & roll-out process of BI system, which include all system’s functionalities and related dashboards & reports.

6.Enhance to process optimization BI system. (i.e. User account, reporting life cycle & usage frequency management).

7.Continuously optimize and upgrade online and offline reports to timely and effectively meet business needs, through proactively communication with varied operation and technical departments (i.e. local manufacturing, P&T, supply chain and finance and IT functions).

8.Independently deliver English/Chinese training to system users.

Qualifications:

1.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project or system management.

2.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point, access, power BI.

3.Good cross-function communication & presentation skill.

4.Proficient in oral & writing English.

5.Manufacturing and / or operation finance related analysis experience preferred.

6.Consumer and / or retail industry background & experience preferred.
