JD of Internal Consultant: SAP MM
Responsibility:
1. Participate in design of business process requirements and drive the change.
2. Responsible for completeness and quality of functional design.
3. Ensure he effective and efficient operation of all SAP MM business processes
4. Responsible for testing and documenting the SAP software configuration.
5. Responsible for full-cycle SAP MM implementations, modifications and enhancements.
6. Proper functioning of all related SAP configuration items and interfaces with external systems
7. Be building prototypes, validate them and finalize the configuration of the package.
8. Be involved in the testing activities and in the actual implementation effort, inclusive user training and conversion activities.
9. Registration, prioritization, resolution and delivery of solutions following change requests or projects
10. In the different phases of projects, to build effective relationships with client which lead to long-term business partnership.
11. Will work with international/external consultant on projects and manage inhouse/outsourcing resource.
12. Organize, facilitate meetings and produce comprehensible minutes
13. Build and prepare documentation and training material; Train key/power business users.
任职资格:
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 5+ years of working experience in SAP implementation. S/4 HANA experience will be better.
3. 1+ full-cycle SAP MM implementations projects with hands-on project experience designing, testing and implementing and solutions
4. Good understanding of both business process and the MM functionality in SAP
5. Excellent understanding of the integration points between MM and FI/CO/PS/SD/ /PP/QM/PM modules
6. Good system analysis, designing and documentation abilities.
7. Effective problem solving skills to achieve customer satisfaction.
8. Well known and experience on change management process.
9. Good communication and coordination skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure. Fluent and effective in both spoken and written English.
10. Based on Shanghai and Travel required by project/support.
