职位描述
Core Responsibility
1Sets the mission and vision of the I&O organization to foster a business-oriented culture and mindset driven by continual service improvement techniques.
2Leads the development of the I&O service strategy and technical roadmap, and ensures its integration with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans.
3Works with the IT senior leadership team on the service portfolio and governance required to prioritize resources, including budget.
4Forecasts future skill and competency needs to acquire and develop an IT workforce. Requires an appropriate mix of business knowledge, technical skills and competencies that balance between growing the agility required to achieve digital business objectives and ensuring that the core IT functions are reliable, stable and efficient.
Key Competence
1Must be work in MNC company before
2Must have SAP infrastructure experiences, SAP HANA ,Basis experience is highly preferred
3In-depth understanding of Networking, LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN. Cisco/PaloAlto products experience are preferred
4In-depth understanding of Windows/Linux platform, and relative open-source product e.g. Squid, LVS, Nginx, Bind
5In-depth understanding of mainstream Virtualization technology/product, e.g. VMWare, Hyper-V. At least managed 300+ VMs
6Must be familiar with one of following Public Cloud IaaS, PaaS – AliCloud, AWS, Azure
7At least 8 yr+ IT management position experience, multiple team experience are highly preferred
8Familiar with ITIL related service management process, e.g. Incident management, Change management, CMDB management, Capacity management, Availability management
9Excellent written and spoken English
10Excellent communication ,presentation and inter-person skills
