Role Purpose:

• To be responsible for the collection and analysis of property information and data in selected cities in the East China region
• To be responsible for the composition of regular market reports as well as the write up of topical papers
• To be responsible for composing and providing market presentations to clients
• To be responsible for providing information and data (both raw and analysed) internally to other business lines within the firm
• To be responsible for a certain amount of media activity work during any given year

Key Accountabilities:

• Infuse and solidify a one team approach
• Become a focal point of contact between other business lines in the office – especially the Retail business line
• Provide input into the production of various research presentations, reports and publications
• Attain supplementary research data and information from further sources in relation to the production of various research presentations, reports and publications
• Demonstrate a logical thought process leading to an understandable message in terms of all undertaken research presentations, reports and publications
• Offer new ideas in terms of new research output
• Assist the team leader in the development of new research output

Required Technical Experience:

• Proven understanding of the property market in China
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Experience of writing high quality thematic research reports
• Strong written and verbal communicator, able to present ideas and recommendations clearly and confidently
