About the role

Responsible for day-to-day management of the studio in relation to all HQ function team & field team.

What you'll do

1.To traffic the flow of work through the studio, helping to manage samples for all HQ function teams

• Manage and execute monthly flow guidelines based on seasonal merchandising and brand direction
• Develop commercial product presentation

2.To build VM directives, supporting the China brand and business strategy

• Develop and publish VM Presentation book
• Create and distribute VM updates for promotions and key marketing initiatives

3.To manage the styling process and create styling guideline

• Develop seasonal outfits, which are true to the brand aesthetic, relevant for China customers and support product strategy
• Create on trend looks to attract more customers

4.To build the efficiency of the studio by managing the share assortment and COCE products, benefiting to both GO&GS

• Provide VM solution to share assortment and COCE products
• Partner with related HQ function team to develop product strategy

Who you are

• Passion for fashion and high sense of styling
• Fluent in Chinese and English (Written and Verbal)
• Excellent interpersonal and personnel management skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders
• software Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel), PS (Adobe Photoshop), AI(Adobe Illustrator)
• In-depth visual merchandising skills
• Minimum 5 years working experience of fashion retail
• University degree or equivalent experience
