任职条件：
1、男，年龄：30岁以上，大专以上学历，英语口语、书面语精通；
2、五金模具或机械制造专业；
3、熟练使用专业图形软件pro-e/UG、PressCAD等；
4、五金模具制造行业5年以上管理工作经验；
5、从事汽车饭件（五金冲压、铸造）模具5年以上工作经验，精通冲压、铸造零件和冲压、
铸造工艺及模具结构， 了解国内外先进的模具制造工艺及大部分模具供应商技术水平
制造水平等；
6、具有很强的领导能力、判断与决策能力、人际能力、沟通能力、影响力、计划与执行
能力、客户服务能力。


工作职责：
1、督导及协助所属人员完成工作任务并加以评估及考核；
2、模具重大异常的主导改善，分析模具异常状况,提出改善方案；
3、负责召集相关单位检讨新模具正式生产前的各种注意事项；
4、完善部门质量目标，降低成本，推动目标之展开，并进行评估、持续改善；
5、模具图面及加工要求的核准；
6、模具结构形式的规划与拟订
7、不定期对相关技术人员进行专业知识辅导；
8、公司政策的倡导，督导内部6S、ISO的推行；
9、所属人员专业技能及工作绩效考核；
10、上级交办临时事项之完成。

特别注明：5年以上五金模具制造行业以上管理工作经验，并精通冲压、铸造零件和冲压、
铸造工艺及模具结构。

我厂模具设计制造的产品主要以汽车,电脑机壳、家电、印表机、影印机及汽车音响类CD、DVD、机芯模具为主。模具类型包括普通单发、自动机械手及大中型顺送模具。
