任职条件：
1、男性，年龄30岁以上，大专以上学历，模具制造与设计相关专业毕业；
2、在五金冲压、模具制造（专业的汽车钣金模具制造）类行业5年以上同等职位工作经验；
3、熟悉生产、品质、计划、物料及各项事务的管理调控；
4、熟悉生产制造的部门运作和流程，擅长生产控制及现场管理，精通生产制造的各
个环节；
5、 熟练CAD、Word、Excel软件，熟悉相关行业标准规范，了解相关专业的运作程序；
6、 具备人员管理、设备管理、安全管理等综合素质；
7、 能独立完成部门生产计划的制定和目标的完成；成本控制能力强；
8、 熟悉工厂的规范化管理，有推进6S、ISO等各项管理体系的经验；
9、 勇于承担责任，良好的组织协调和执行能力，工作责任心强，具有团队合作和吃苦
耐劳精神。


工作职责：
1、负责《模具生产进度》，和负责钢模部人员的调配和钢模生产计划实施，以确保
生产进度；
2、负责对模具组立图纸的审查；
3、对钢模组立、试模出现的不良问题应及时分析、改善，确保工模品质和交期；
4、督导各组组长对所属员工的工作安排；
5、负责策划、安排钢模部人员的岗位培训，确保员工对生产设备的安全操作、保养
和维护；
6、负责建立钢模部安全生产机制，督导员工安全生产；
7、负责制定模具、组立的品质规范。

我厂模具设计制造的产品主要以汽车,电脑机壳、家电、印表机、影印机及汽车音响类CD、DVD、机芯模具为主。模具类型包括普通单发、自动机械手及大中型顺送模具。
