Responsibilities
- Manage supplier to ensure supplier manufacturing Sennheiser product according to Sennheiser requirements with advanced and stable manufacturing process.
- Review supplier manufacturing processes from quality of view and negotiate with supplier to define quality requirement, inspection procedure and acceptance criteria. Drive quality improvement with supplier in the entire process to ensure implementation and execution of supplier committed action, and verify the effectiveness
- Assist supplier in root cause analysis and problem solving and follow up the effectiveness of CAR and 8D from supplier and deploying preventive methods, maintain effective quality feedback from supplier.
- Identify potential quality/production risk, control the problem related to production quality and provide solution for problem solving
-Perform periodic supplier audits, assessments, and sources inspections and require corrective action plan from supplier to ensure Sennheiser quality standards are met.
-Provide effective feedback to suppliers and conduct supplier review meetings/trainings to help suppliers improve quality systems and manufacturing process to improve performance, implement process control and quality plan
-Monitor supplier quality performance.
- Support project team for Headset product development with supplier
-Reviews new product designs for "quality of design", conformance to Sennheiser standards and defines opportunities for improvement in the designs where applicable.
-Ensuring product quality through the development of the control plans
- Monitor the outgoing goods and prepare written report of inspection findings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
-Ensure supplier's ECO implementing correctly

Qualifications:
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
- University degree or above majoring in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years supplier management and product quality experiences plus 2 years electronic manufacturing industry experiences
- Good technical problem analysis ability and communication skill.
-Negotiation skills and the ability to lead closure of complex engineering/process problems
-Good at manufacturing process control and familiar with NPI process
- Personality: Pro-active, strong sense of responsibility and stringent, leadership, highly self-motivated, target oriented, team spirit.
- Travel frequently.
