ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
A worldwide company, Tier 1 supplier for in the automotive industry serving high end automotive OEMs.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Foshan, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Quality Director
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Quality Assurance, TS16949/ISO14000/3C Quality System management and maintenance
+ Line quality control process management
+ Calibration Lab management
+ Implement supplier audit
+ Implement management review and prepare the management review report
+ Schedule and implement internal audit. (system audit, process audit, product audit)
+ Follow corrective action after audit (internal audit and customer audit) and management review meeting
+ Handle supplier PPAP approval process
+ New raw material measurement (dimension, physical character, chemical analysis)
+ Prepare and update the control plan according to the FLOW CHART and PFMEA
+ Review flow chart, FMEA, control plan with engineering department
+ Collect the PPAP document and finish the PPAP package
+ Quality record control and archive room management
+ Other quality reference
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree, preferably within electronics
+ At least 8 years experience within the Automotive industry with minimum 5 years experience on quality manager position
+ Experienced in internal audit. (system audit, process audit, product audit)
+ Well familiar with Automotive quality core tools, FMEA, MSA, SPC etc.
+ Strong knowledge in 8D method
+ Experience in leading quality improvement programs
+ Experienced in electronics manufacturing, lighting manufacturing is preferred
+ Solid Knowledge of TS16949, ISO14000, 3C, ect.
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills
+ Comfortable to lead and take part of team work
+ Good negotiations skills and implementation skill
+ Fluent English in oral and written
