Major Responsibilities:

    

• socks and hosiery innovation and season development
• yarn, workmanship & technology sourcing
• ensure R&D and seasonal development meet calendar timeline
• Conduct socks and hosiery sample evaluation in terms of design/measurement/fitting /construction / colour/workmanship.
• Ensure samples submitted by vendors/manufacturers conform to specifications, fit and construction before customer's approval.
• Initiate & drive R&D communication with R&D /designer/factory
• Follow up & assure all corrective action plans on rejected & commercially accepted styles
• Provide technical support to factory, problem solving on site

    

Requirements:

    

• Good knowledge in socks & hosiery fitting, knitting and chemical treatment process
• Understand machinery, Essential yarn/fibre knowledge is necessary
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in socks & hosiery; at least 1 year relevant experience in socks & hosiery factory
• Know socks & hosiery production process and quality standard
• Good English communication skills in speaking, writing and reading
• Possess leadership skill
• High level of responsibility and fast learning trait
• Textile engineering graduated
