Job Responsibilities:

工作职责:

Responsible for the Logistics paper work for our U.S Buying Office

负责美国BUYING OFFICE的物流文件工作

1.     Follow up shipping schedule with the suppliers and to ensure the on-time delivery for shipments;

和供应商核对船期，确保货物准时出运

2.     Work with Suppliers, Merchandising, QC, Financial Dept etc and arrange for all ready shipments;

和公司的供应商，业务员，QC，财务同事一起共事，安排所有出运的货物。

3.     Make both proper export declaration and import clearance documents;

安排进出口出运文件

4.     Input relevant data in SAP system and update internal reports timely and accurately;

在SAP系统里录入出货数据，及时准确地更新报告

5.    Quality report, shipping documents etc. data inputing;

验货报告，出货文件等的数据录入

6.     Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

其他主管吩咐的工作

Job Qualification:

录用条件

1.     Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);

熟悉OFFICE软件

2.     Normal command of written and oral English;

良好的英文口语和书写

上班地点：黄浦区豫园附近

实习待遇：150元/天
